POSITION:  FOOD RUNNERS/BUSSERS - MCDOWELL MOUNTAIN GOLF CLUB

Full and Part-Time Positions Available

Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager

Position Purpose:
Delivery of food orders from kitchen to table, bar, to go orders. Ensure food comes out of the kitchen correctly, ensure proper sides and condiments accompany the order. Listen to the customer when serving order to understand if they would like anything else. Server should check with their table within two minutes of the Runner delivering the order

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Prep expo line for everything you will need for your shift, condiments, steak knives, etc.
•    Run all food orders to the destination they need delivered to
•    Know health regulations
•    Know where all stock is stored
•    Knowledge of the menu to be able to answer guest's questions
•    Stocking of shelves with condiments and paper goods
•    Take out soiled linen and garbage
•    Clean expo line after your shift, wipe down counter, sweep floor, remove all debris

Experience/Education/Certification Requirements
•    High School education or its equivalent
•    Local health certification required

Physical Requirements
•    Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height
•    Frequent bending turning, kneeling and stooping
•    Exposure to hot and cold temperatures
•    Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
•    Must be able to operate a golf cart in a safe manner
