North Course comes in at No. 19, while South Course stays at No. 28 in list

FRANKLIN, Tenn. — Vanderbilt Legends Club is proud to announce the inclusion of both of its courses to Golfweek’s Best: Campus Courses, 2016 rankings. The North Course came in at No. 19, up four spots from No. 23 in 2015, while the South Course held steady at No. 28.

“We’re very proud of the recognition we’ve earned at Vanderbilt Legends Club,” said General Manager David Latture. “We have an outstanding staff that works hard to maintain our status as an elite club. We have an annual goal for our course to mirror the tradition-rich golf programs at Vanderbilt, and we believe this ranking is indicative of reaching that goal.”

Vanderbilt University is one of only two schools to have two courses in the Top 30, joining the University of Michigan. Vanderbilt Legends Club hosted a Men’s NCAA Regional qualifying tournament in May. The Commodores would go on to post a top-eight finish in the national tournament.

The Vanderbilt women’s golf team is coming off a T-3rd finish at the Cardinal Fall Kickoff in Louisville, and is set to host the Mason Rudolph Championship from September 16-18. Vanderbilt Legends Club also hosted the 2012 NCAA Women's National Championship tournament.
