POSITION: CATERING AND SPECIAL EVENTS MANAGER

POSITION:  CATERING AND SPECIAL EVENTS MANAGER - EAGLE MOUNTAIN GOLF CLUB

Eagle Mountain Golf Club in Fountain Hills is looking for an experienced, energetic and results oriented Catering and Special Events Manager.

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Catering, Special Events and Weddings
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Oversee all Wedding and Special Event operations including set-up and break-down
  • Must possess solid understanding of revenue generation
  • Responsible for annual financial forecasting for Catering Department
  • Assist chef in designing menu’s for Special Events
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of POS systems
  • Handle all Special Event marketing
  • Lead and train Catering staff
  • Lead and assist staff on set up and breakdown
  • Strong focus on operational excellence
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
Required Experience
  • Catering and Special Events:  2 Years
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height.
  • Frequent bending turning, kneeling and stooping.
  • Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Repetitive motion required including computer entry.
  • Must be able to operate a golf cart in a safe manner.
  • Must be able to fluently speak and write the English language.
