Qualify to play in the 2011 TaylorMade OB Sports National Team Championship, Presented by adidas Golf, to be held in spectacular Arizona on December 9-11th, 2011. You'll compete against players (and their club's professional) from around the country.

• 19 OB Sports clubs will be represented from across the country
• 8 players from each club (7 Qualifiers and Club Professional) 
• Two rounds of tournament golf - hosted by both the Ken Kavanaugh-designed, Longbow Golf Club (ranked as one of the Top 20 Courses in Arizona) and by the Graham/Panks-designed Raven Golf Club - Phoenix (formerly Raven at South Mountain).
• Optional afternoon practice round on Friday at Eagle Mountain Golf Club, Longbow Golf Club, McDowell Mountain Golf Club, Palm Valley Golf Club or Raven GC - Phoenix.

Accommodations
Our host hotel for traveling teams (non-local teams) is the Tempe Mission Palms - a Destination Resort Hotel. Two nights accommodations (Friday & Saturday), based on double occupancy is included in the team entry (ie four rooms for each eight player team) Lodging includes $12.95/room/nt Resort Fee that covers airport transportation, Valet & Self parking, guestroom internet, fitness center access, in-room coffee service and daily newspaper delivery. Single upgrades (payable to your course/team captain for a Single Occupancy room is just $135 (includes Single occupancy upgrade for both nights). Pre/Post stays are available up to three days prior or following the event for a preferred rate of just $109+taxes/fees payable by individual at check out.

Two day, two course event… played Sat & Sunday morning
8 Person Team Event – Must include one member of club professional staff (club professional determines clubs two-player team line up)
Two Person Best Ball - Flighted Individual daily team event
Daily Overall Club Team Event & Overall / Two day cumulative Club Team event
(Club Team scores = to Three best individual Team scores per day from each club - one must be scratch flight)
Max Handicap differential of 10 shots per 2 man team member
50 % of each individuals handicap
Max. handicap – 18

Scratch Teams: Back both days
Regular: All other teams (and Scratch Ladies)
Forward/Red Tees: Senior (65+) & Ladies
