SOUS CHEF - THE RIM GOLF CLUB

Very busy country club, open to club members for breakfast, lunch and dinner with many events and themes throughout the week, is looking for a Sous Chef with a positive leadership style, great cooking skills, excels in lead wheel position and possess some administrative experience.  

Responsible for:
  • Assisting in creating specialty menus
  • Managing par prep levels
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
  • Compliance to Health Department Standards
  • Maintaining a positive morale in the kitchen
  • Teaching and qualifying line/prep cooks on standards
  • Assuring consistency in food quality, plate presentation and cook times
  • Product ordering
  • Managing daily labor
  • Assisting in Inventory control and maintaining cost of goods within budgeted numbers
  • Leading your team in a positive manner
Qualifications:
  • 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or lead line cook
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Possess a positive demeanor
  • Pass a drug screening
